Accenture and Good Return have worked together since 2009, when the Accenture Australia Foundation provided significant funding for the Skills For Life program. This program has helped us develop and provide opportunities for people to learn basic literacy and numeracy, money management skills, small business management skills, and livelihood skills. Accenture has also provided pro bono IT support, including strategy development and project management support. Their workplace giving program funds over 100 microfinance loans per year.

Accenture hosted Good Return’s “Whitepaper Workshop” on Creating Shared Value (CSV) between Australia’s corporate world and Good Return. Friendly competition between Accenture employees resulted in fantastic ideas around leveraging mobile banking apps and socially responsible voluntourism.
