Social Performance

Dimension 1: Define & monitor social goals Good Return conducted a Client Protection Assessment (CPA) of SPBD Fiji’s operations and the report is being finalised. Development of the Progress out of Poverty Index (PPI) tool for Fiji is underway; it will be the first freely available poverty measurement tool in the South Pacific region.
Dimension 2: Commitment to goals SPBD Fiji is already implementing some of the recommendations from the draft CPA report, with plans to continue to build its capacity to monitor and evaluate its social goals once the CPA report is finalised. SPBD Fiji will also draw from the results of the upcoming PPI pilot and Cerise Social Performance Indicators (SPI4) tool.
Dimension 3: Design products for clients needs The CPA report has identified areas for improvement/enhancement which, once finalised, will be implemented by SPBD Fiji with the technical support of Good Return.
