Join Our Team as the Pacific Program Coordinator!

Good Return is seeking a passionate Pacific Program Coordinator to lead our efforts in Fiji and the Pacific region. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate and support Good Return's core programs in Financial Capability and Inclusive Finance, with a strong emphasis on gender mainstreaming initiatives.

You’ll work closely with technical specialists and partners, manage projects, strengthen partner capacity, and represent Good Return at key platforms. As part of the role, you’ll support program development, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day office operations in Fiji, with opportunities to identify and design new projects and partnerships.
