Alicia, currently serving as a Board Member at Good Return since 2023, holds the position of Director at Macquarie Group, overseeing structured transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. With an MBA from the University of Sydney Business School and an Honours Bachelor's in International Business Economics from the University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona), Alicia seamlessly integrates her structured finance expertise with entrepreneurial skills. Having been the third employee in APAC for Greensill, Alicia played a pivotal role in expanding the business in Asia and Australia. Additionally, she holds a key position on the Board of the ANZ ITFA, representing the interests of banks, financial institutions, and service providers in global trade risk, asset origination, and distribution. Alicia is deeply committed to Sustainable Finance, Tech, and Fintech. She actively supports and invests in social and environmental causes, as well as innovative ventures.
