Lisa Rogers

PROGRAM MANAGER, FUTURE WEAVERS

Lisa Rogers is a passionate and experienced Financial Counsellor based in Darwin, currently serving as Good Return’s Northern Australia Manager for Indigenous Women’s Entrepreneurship. She brings a strong commitment to economic justice, cultural integrity, and community-led development, especially for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women seeking to start or grow a business.

Lisa has worked extensively in grassroots financial support, community engagement, and capability building across SA, NT, QLD and WA. Her approach is grounded in cultural safety, trust-building, and practical support—meeting people where they are and walking alongside them on their financial journey.

In her current role, Lisa supports women across the region to access resources like the No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) for business through Good Shepherd, helping ensure that entrepreneurship is an achievable and sustainable pathway—without the burden of unsafe debt.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Lisa pottering in the garden and propagating plants—a quiet passion that reflects her nurturing spirit and love of growth, both in nature and in her community.
