Bénigne is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, having joined Good Return in 2017. He is responsible for oversight of Good Return’s regional office and programs across the Asia-Pacific region. Bénigne has over 18 years of relevant experience, spanning microfinance specialist and operations manager with PlaNet Finance; director level experience with other NGOs; establishment of two social impact investment funds; and country representative for Entrepreneurs du Monde in the Philippines. He holds an MBA and has published a paper on microfinance business planning. LinkedIn
