PROGRAM AMBASSADOR, INDIGENOUS WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Natasha is the Managing Director of Kimberley Jiyigas, a 100% Indigenous female-owned profit-for-purpose company that provides business consulting services, mentoring, community education, leadership development, and organising and speaking at women's events. Natasha generously facilitates training and employment opportunities for other Indigenous female business leaders through her business platform.

As the co-founder and Club Captain of the Maganda Makers Business Club, Natasha is part of a collective of Kimberley Aboriginal Women supported by Good Return and its partners. This group is united by a shared commitment to use self-employment (business) as a powerful social and economic justice tool, inspiring a sense of community and collective empowerment.

As IWE Program Ambassador, Natasha provides essential cultural oversight and strategic direction for the Good Return program in Northern Australia. Supported by the Program Director, she orchestrates events, projects and programs that convene Indigenous female leaders and inspire them to greater economic participation.

Natasha is committed to seeing Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people thrive and lead purposeful, independent lives. She firmly believes that by providing the necessary resources and support, she can empower them to transform their communities and instil a sense of hope and possibility.
