PROGRAM COORDINATOR, INDIGENOUS WOMEN’S ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Siâna is the Program Coordinator for Indigenous Women’s Entrepreneurship. In this role, she assists Indigenous women to access no and low-interest financial products, coordinates program monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, and provides administrative support to the Program Director and Program Ambassador.
Siâna is a proud Gurindji woman who has 6+ years of experience providing financial literacy support, training, and advocacy to urban and remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the NT, 6+ years as an entrepreneur, and 2+ years as a mindset coach for entrepreneurs across the world.
Siâna is committed to seeing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities live happy, healthy, and wealthy lives and she deeply believes that self-employment is a powerful way to achieve this.
