CAMBODIA PROGRAM OFFICER

Saksa is a specialist in banking regulatory compliance, risk management, capacity development, event management, partnership relations, and program management, with a focus on leveraging these capabilities to improve access to finance and strengthen institutional performance. In his roles at Good Return as Cambodia Program Officer based in Phnom Penh Office, he supports program implementation, partner coordination, and capacity-building initiatives to promote financial inclusion and financial empowerment.

He has over 10 years of professional experience, including over 8 years in the microfinance sector and more than 4 years in the agricultural sector.

He holds a Dual Master’s Degree in Risk Management in Insurance, Banking and Finance from the Royal University of Law and Economics and the University of Nantes, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Build Bright University.
