Josua Mateiwai is a seasoned project management and sustainable business development specialist with over 15 years of experience empowering entrepreneurs across Fiji and the Pacific. Grounded in a triple bottom line philosophy — People, Planet & Profit — Josua has dedicated his career to building the capacity of micro and small businesses, startup entrepreneurs, and community-based enterprises throughout the region.

He has delivered business finance training, coaching, and advisory services through partnerships with leading organisations including the ILO, UNDP, USAID, Global Green Growth Institute, and Conservation International. He is also a certified trainer under the global Climate Launchpad incubator program, the world's largest green business startup competition. His work has reached hundreds of entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on women-led startups and green sustainable initiatives.

Josua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Financial Management and Banking & Finance from the University of the South Pacific.
