Anggi Kartika is the Indonesia Program Officer at Good Return, based in Jakarta. She supports the implementation of financial empowerment and inclusive finance programmes in Indonesia, working with local partners and stakeholders to expand access to financial knowledge, opportunities, and services for underserved communities.

Anggi has over seven years of experience in donor-funded development programmes, with a background in financial inclusion, MSME development, women’s economic empowerment, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation.

Her areas of interest include financial capability and behaviour change, inclusive finance, women’s economic empowerment, MSME development, and programme development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Wahid Hasyim.
