Nirri has over over a nine years of experience in leadership development, strategy consulting, change management, diversity and inclusion, learning, future of work, and culture & digital transformations. Prior to working for Good Return, Nirri served as a Management Consulting Manager at Accenture and previously Deloitte. She has a double Degree in International Economics and Commerce, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Nirri was also the Chair for the Gender Equality Committee and part of the Executive Board at the United Nations Association of Australia, where she implemented various community initiatives to progress Sustainable Development Goal 5.
