Norm’s professional career was in international banking, where he specialised in assessing financial and operational risk in the business environment. He also developed policy frameworks to ensure that internal control procedures were effective in preventing (or at least mitigating) risk incidents. Since 2010, he has volunteered as Risk Advisor to the management team and the Board. In 2018, he was appointed a Responsible Manager under the terms of the Australian Financial Services Licence granted by ASIC to cover Good Return’s online Loan Program.
