ASIA-PACIFIC CAFE COORDINATOR

Phaikdey specialises in project leadership and management; particularly in the area of Financial Education. His role at Good Return, in partnership with our partners, is to manage and coordinate the effective and efficient implementation of the Consumer Awareness and Financial Education (CAFE) Initiative Program in Cambodia. Previously, Phaikdey worked with ADD International for nine years, in the positions of Information and Documentation Officer, Project Manager and M&E and Learning Manager. He obtained a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Western University, majoring in Business Administrative Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development from the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), majoring in Rural Development.
