RIF ACADEMY PROGRAM MANAGER

Sambathrorth is the RIF Academy Program Manager at Good Return based in Phnom Penh. He is leading and managing eLearning initiatives for improving social performance in microfinance. He has 19 years of experience working in the formal and non-formal education sector in Cambodia, mainly supporting Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and was an IT Specialist at World Education. His areas of expertise include: ICT in education, digital literacy, mLearning and eLearning, youth development, monitoring and evaluation, early grade literacy, digital data collection and analysis, database management, reporting, and capacity building of local stakeholders. He holds a M.Ed from Royal University of Phnom Penh.
