Victor has been collaborating with social impact organisations, in different capacities, for more than 25 years in leveraging information and communication technologies to realize their mission. He has led the conceptualization, inception, and development of technology solutions on various themes such as protection from small-scale natural disasters, online child protection, human rights education, community feedback, good governance, digital literacy, STEM mentoring of students, online community of practice, access to services by persons with disabilities, early warning and early response, conflict-sensitive community development, humanitarian response and development and online advocacy. He used to manage nonprofit programs that include information technology, knowledge management, research, and media advocacy. For 5 years, Victor has also worked in technology companies, including startups, as Project Manager and Product Manager.
