PNG SUSTAINABLE INCLUSION FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER
Grace Eli is a corporate lawyer and development practitioner with over seven years of experience in legal advisory, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across the banking, mining, and development sectors in Papua New Guinea (PNG). As the PNG Sustainable Inclusion Finance (SIF) Project Manager at Good Return, she leads the coordination of project logistics, safeguarding compliance, and donor reporting across provinces in PNG.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Papua New Guinea and is admitted to practice in the Supreme and National Courts. She has led legal negotiations, advised on green finance frameworks, and implemented environmental and social safeguards within financial institutions.
She is also the Founder of Apaka Consulting Services, a youth-led initiative that bridges the gap between vital support and the people who need it most. Guided by compassion and integrity, Apaka creates pathways for health, justice, and sustainable development in PNG’s most underserved communities, mobilizing youth volunteers to deliver grant-funded projects in financial literacy, climate-smart agriculture, and legal empowerment.
Grace brings a unique blend of legal expertise, project management, and grassroots leadership to her role, advancing Good Return’s mission to build financial resilience and inclusion across the Pacific.
