Meldy is a social development specialist with years of local and international experience providing capacity building and technical assistance on social performance management to microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and NGOs in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia. She also has extensive expertise on social impact measurement using the Social Return on Investment methodology, poverty assessment, project management and evaluation, staff assessment and training, and case research-writing. As Design & Cross Expertise Coordinator, Meldy supports the design and development, delivery, monitoring and iteration of Good Returns’ learning programs and guides their implementation across various distribution channels. Meldy holds a Master’s degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a BA in Broadcast Communication from the University of the Philippines.
