PROGRAM COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY SPECIALIST

Sopha Phat (Sophat) is Good Return’s Program Compliance & Quality Specialist based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Sophat works across the program team to ensure our external compliance obligations are met. Sophat is responsible for project managing donor audit processes and more specifically, for maintaining our ACFID and DFAT compliance. Sophat has worked with different NGOs and gained experience in development and social work. He has experience in providing technical support to partners and staff, working directly within women’s rights and child protection at local and national level policy frameworks, and case management for reducing gender-based violence. Sophat also works as technical support, with extensive experience in project cycle management, contract compliance, and M&E.
