Cathy is a senior fundraising and communications executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and social impact across the not-for-profit sector. She is passionate about building trust-based and values-aligned partnerships enabling organisations to scale their reach and influence.

Throughout her career Cathy has delivered strategic fundraising programs and led  multidisciplinary teams for organisations including Australian Progress, SisterWorks, Safe & Equal, Interplast Australia and New Zealand and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.

Cathy has worked across social causes such as gender, youth, Indigenous, and international development, and is deeply committed to women's financial empowerment, equality, and systemic change. She holds a Graduate Certificate in International and Community Development from Deakin University and is an active member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia.
