Thorn joined Good Return’s Cambodia team in 2018 and is responsible for administration and finance for our Asia team, based in Phnom Penh. Thorn has over 10 years’ experience of office operation and financial management with international and local NGOs and the private sector. In her previous roles, as part of the management team, she has created organisational policies and financial procedures.
