PARTNER TRAINING OFFICER

Dara is a Partner Training Officer in CAFÉ Initiative Program based in Phnom Penh office. She experiences both non-profit organization and financial service provider for 10 years. Dara passionate about capacity development and get to know new people. She expertise in organizational assessment, capacity building, partnership and coordination, project management, data collection and reporting. Her role as Partner Training Officer is to provide Training of Trainer and coaching (ToT/ToC) on Financial Literacy to all CAFÉ partners by using CAFÉ curriculum. In that meantime, she also working on partnership and coordination with relevance partners and stakeholder.
